# KCT: The controlling shareholder has partially lifted the pledge on shares, accounting for 12.09% of the total share capital

KCT announced that it recently received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Tibet Yingbang, that part of its shares has been released from pledge. A total of 260,474,815 shares have been released from pledge, accounting for 51.79% of its held shares and 12.09% of the company's total share capital. The release date is October 30, 2025, and the pledgee is CITIC Trust. As of the announcement date, Tibet Yingbang holds 502,901,087 shares, accounting for 23.34% of the total shares, with a cumulative pledge of 64,070,000 shares, accounting for 12.74% of its held shares and 2.97% of the company's total share capital. The remaining pledged shares have no risk of liquidation or freezing, and do not affect the company's control and daily operations
