# The actual controller of BSM has been filed for allegedly failing to fulfill the obligations of a tender offer and violating information disclosure regulations

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BSM (300796.SZ) announced that the company's actual controller, Mr. Chen Feng, received a notice on October 31, 2025, from the China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC") regarding the "Notice of Case Filing" (No. Zhen Jian Li An Zi 01120250034). Due to suspected failure to fulfill the obligations of a tender offer and violations of information disclosure regulations, the CSRC decided to file a case against Mr. Chen Feng in accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, and other laws and regulations
