# Gongdong Medical: Shareholding reduction by shareholders holding over 5% leads to a change in equity reaching 1%

Gongdong Medical announced that from October 9 to 30, 2025, the company's shareholder Taizhou Jinchi Investment Management Partnership will reduce its holdings by 540,240 shares through centralized bidding. After this equity change, Jinchi Investment and its concerted parties will hold a total of 141,017,809 shares, down from 141,558,049 shares, with the shareholding ratio decreasing from 64.21% to 63.96%, reaching the 1% threshold. This change is part of the reduction plan, does not trigger a tender offer, and does not affect the company's controlling rights. The reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
