Avic Hi-Tech announced that the company approved a share repurchase plan on April 25, 2025, intending to use 100 million to 200 million yuan of its own funds to repurchase shares through centralized bidding for equity incentives, with a repurchase price not exceeding 36 yuan per share. Due to equity distribution, the upper limit of the repurchase price will be adjusted to not exceed 35.75 yuan per share starting from June 27, 2025. As of October 31, 2025, the company has cumulatively repurchased 3.5397 million shares, accounting for 0.2541% of the total share capital, with the highest repurchase price at 27.61 yuan per share and the lowest at 24.67 yuan per share, costing 91.9101 million yuan
