LFD: Involved in a major lawsuit of 48.902 million yuan and will actively respond

Langfang Development announced that it recently received a lawsuit delivered by the People's Court of Tongzhou District, Beijing, and an application for additional execution defendant delivered by the People's Court of Xicheng District, Beijing. Due to a debt dispute involving its affiliated company, Tietong Huaxia Telecom, and Beijing Tiandi Jiahe Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the court ruled in favor of Tiandi Jiahe, and the execution has been completed. Tiandi Jiahe applied for Langfang Development to bear joint supplementary compensation liability within the scope of its investment of 48.902 million yuan, citing that Tietong Huaxia's registered capital was not fully paid and suspected of false capital contribution. The case has not yet been heard in court, and the company will actively respond to protect the interests of the company and its shareholders, and will assess the impact on profits and losses and disclose it subsequently
