# Sinoma-int: Plans to publicly issue no more than 2 billion corporate bonds and revise the related party transaction system

Sinoma-int announced that the company's fifth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 will be held on November 10, during which four proposals will be reviewed. First, the company meets the conditions for publicly issuing corporate bonds; second, it plans to register and publicly issue corporate bonds with a registration limit not exceeding 2 billion yuan and a term not exceeding 10 years, for daily production and operation purposes; third, it proposes to authorize the board of directors and relevant personnel to handle the bond issuance and listing matters; fourth, it plans to revise the "Company Related Party Transaction Management System," including deleting the content related to supervisors and updating regulatory basis, etc. The resolution for the public issuance of corporate bonds is valid for 12 months from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting
