Earth-Panda announced that some directors and senior management personnel plan to reduce their holdings in the company. Specifically, Yi Xiaofei intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 391,100 shares, Dong Xuechun intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 83,200 shares, Chen Jingwu intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 310,200 shares, Liu Minghui intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 55,700 shares, and Wang Ziyi intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 18,900 shares.
