# MJNY: Jointly initiated the establishment of a 150 million equity investment fund with multiple parties

MJNY announced that the company has signed the "Limited Partnership Agreement of Anhui Xun'an Equity Investment Fund Partnership" with multiple parties including Ningbo Lianchuang Yongjun, to establish an equity investment fund. The company, as a limited partner, will contribute 150 million yuan. The fund has completed industrial and commercial registration and private equity fund filing, with all partners having collectively paid in 300 million yuan. Currently, the fund is orderly advancing various tasks, and there are risks such as failing to raise sufficient funds and being unable to achieve expected returns
