# HUI LYU ECOLOGICAL: Provides a guarantee of up to 250 million yuan for its holding subsidiary

HUI LYU ECOLOGICAL announced that the company has signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Wuhan Branch of Bank of China, providing joint guarantee responsibility for its holding subsidiary Wuhan Junheng, with a maximum guarantee amount of 250 million yuan, valid from October 31, 2025, to October 22, 2026. The company holds a 51% equity stake in Wuhan Junheng, which had total assets of 1.414 billion yuan and liabilities of 769 million yuan as of September 30, 2025. As of the announcement date, the company has guaranteed amounts of 1.06 billion yuan and 450 million yuan for HUI LYU LANDSCAPE and Wuhan Junheng, respectively, with its wholly-owned subsidiary guaranteeing 557 million yuan, all within the approved limits
