Sun-Novo announced that the company plans to acquire 100% equity of Jiangsu Langyan Life Science Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and convertible corporate bonds, and to issue shares to raise supporting funds from no more than 35 specific investors. Before this transaction, the controlling shareholder Li Qian and his concerted actors held 28.27% of the company's shares, and after the transaction is completed, the shareholding ratio will exceed 30%.
