# TEDASTOCK: Provides a guarantee of 10 million yuan for its secondary subsidiary, Gaoyou TEDA Environmental Protection

TEDASTOCK announced that its secondary subsidiary, Gaoyou TEDA Environmental Protection, has applied to Bank Of Suzhou for financing of 10 million yuan, with a term of 12 months, guaranteed by its controlling subsidiary, TEDA Environmental Protection. After review by the seventh extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2024, the guarantee limit for TEDA Environmental Protection in 2025 is 190 million yuan, with a remaining balance of 24.7 million yuan after this guarantee, and an available limit of 165.3 million yuan. As of now, the guarantee balance for the company and its controlling subsidiaries is 11.637 billion yuan, accounting for 202.88% of the most recent audited total net assets, and the board of directors believes the risk is controllable
