# JTL: The transfer of shares judicially disposed of by shareholders holding over 5% has been completed, reducing the shareholding to below 5%

JTL announced that the 5% or more shareholder Ji Wei's 13.9 million shares in the company were transferred due to judicial auction and debt settlement, resulting in a passive reduction in holdings. Among them, 11.12 million shares were judicially auctioned, and 2.78 million shares were settled with goods, with a transfer price of 2.7279 yuan/share, and the transfer period ending on October 29, 2025. After this equity change, Ji Wei and his concerted actor Ji Weidong's total holdings decreased to 63.3779 million shares, accounting for 4.2560% of the total share capital, no longer being a shareholder of 5% or more, and it does not affect the company's controlling rights and operations
