# ChangGao NEET: Plans to adjust the total amount of convertible bond fundraising from 856 million to 759 million yuan

ChangGao NEET announced that the 24th meeting of the sixth board of directors reviewed and approved a proposal to make a second adjustment to the amount of funds raised from the issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects, with the total amount adjusted from 855.5782 million yuan to 758.6007 million yuan. Among them, the fundraising for the Phase III project of the ChangGao NEET Jinzhou production base was adjusted from 440.6251 million yuan to 436.7316 million yuan; the quality improvement and expansion project of the ChangGao NEET Wangcheng production base was adjusted from 206.8953 million yuan to 134.0423 million yuan; the ChangGao green smart distribution industry park project was adjusted from 208.0578 million yuan to 187.8269 million yuan. Apart from the above adjustments, there are no other changes to the issuance plan
