# CHINAHEALTHWISE appoints Feng Weizheng as an independent non-executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHINAHEALTHWISE (00348) announced that Mr. Yang Qiangsheng has resigned as the company's executive director to devote more time to his personal affairs, effective from October 31, 2025.

On the same day, Mr. Feng Weizheng has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director, a member of the audit committee, and a member of the nomination committee
