# Weigao Blood Purification plans to acquire 100% equity of Shandong Weigao Purui Pharmaceutical Packaging Co., Ltd. Stock resumes trading

According to the announcement from Weigao Blood Purification (603014.SH), the company plans to issue shares to acquire 100% equity of Shandong Weigao Purui Pharmaceutical Packaging Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Weigao Purui") held by Weigao Co., Weihai Shengxi, and Weihai Ruiming. The company's stock will resume trading on November 3, 2025 (Monday) at market opening.

Upon completion of this transaction, the company can expand its product line into the pharmaceutical packaging field by integrating the target company's technological accumulation and product layout.
