# GLODON: Controlling shareholder Diao Zhizhong has reduced his holdings by 0.67%

GLODON announced that its controlling shareholder, Diao Zhizhong, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 32.8 million shares within three months. He will reduce 9 million shares through centralized bidding from October 30 to October 31, 2025, at an average price of 14.38 yuan per share; and transfer 2 million shares to the concerted actor Beijing Jianyan Xingye Enterprise Management Partnership through block trading at a transaction price of 13.2 yuan per share, totaling a reduction of 11 million shares, accounting for 0.67% of the company's total share capital. After the reduction, he holds 255 million shares, accounting for 15.57%
