# Cybrid: Dongyun Venture Capital plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Cybrid (603212.SH) announced that Dongyun Venture Capital will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.3749 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after the 15 trading days from the announcement date, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 1% of the total shares of the company
