# INSIGHT: Termination of Major Asset Restructuring Matters

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, INSIGHT (300781.SZ) announced that the company originally planned to acquire 80% equity of Zhizhe Tongxing Brand Management Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. held by Liu Yan, Ningbo Youzhi Youth Investment Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), Huang Mingsheng, Han Yanyan, and Yu Qian through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise supporting funds. This transaction constitutes a major asset restructuring.

Considering the changes in the external environment compared to the initial planning stage of this transaction, in order to effectively safeguard the interests of all parties, the parties involved in the transaction have amicably negotiated and communicated fully with the intermediary institutions, and have decided to terminate this transaction and withdraw the application documents
