# ST HuiZhou: HeDa SiFang and others have increased their holdings by 0.4061%

ST HuiZhou announced that from May 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025, Hangzhou Heda Sifang Network Technology Co., Ltd., Chairman Wu Jianfei, and executives Hou Xuefeng and Chen Yingying collectively increased their holdings by 8.1272 million shares, accounting for 0.4061% of the company's total share capital, with a transaction amount of 29.2836 million yuan; among them, Hangzhou Heda Sifang Network Technology Co., Ltd. increased its holdings by 7 million shares, accounting for 0.3497%, Wu Jianfei increased his holdings by 419,100 shares, accounting for 0.02094%, Hou Xuefeng increased his holdings by 85,000 shares, accounting for 0.004247%, and Chen Yingying increased her holdings by 83,800 shares, accounting for 0.004187%.
