# SENSTEED: Received a warning letter from the Gansu Securities Regulatory Bureau

SENSTEED announced that the company and related personnel received a warning letter from the Gansu Securities Regulatory Bureau. The warning letter pointed out that the company has issues with inaccurate financial data and incomplete share repurchases. On April 29, 2025, the company disclosed corrections to the financial data for the first three quarters of 2024, reflecting inaccuracies in the consolidated balance sheet and consolidated income statement for the first quarter, half-year, and third quarter of 2024. On July 25, 2024, the company planned to use its own funds or self-raised funds of 600 million to 1 billion yuan to repurchase company shares, but during the repurchase period, only a total of 4.8331 million shares were repurchased, with a repurchase amount of 11.0148 million yuan, accounting for only 1.8% of the lower limit of the repurchase plan
