According to the Zhitong Finance APP, OURPALM (300315.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, proposing to grant a total of 40 million restricted stocks, accounting for 1.48% of the company's total share capital at the time of the announcement of the incentive plan draft. Among them, 32 million shares will be granted in the first grant, with no more than 72 recipients for the first grant, and the grant price is set at 2.62 yuan/share
