# Huahong Technology: Zhou Shijie has reduced his holdings by 2.05%

Huahong Technology announced that shareholder, director, and vice president Zhou Shijie, who holds more than 5% of the shares, reduced his holdings by 7 million shares and 5.7505 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding respectively from August 28, 2025, to October 30, 2025, for a total reduction of 12.7505 million shares, accounting for 2.05% of the company's total share capital. The reduction plan has been completed; after the reduction, he holds 40.7817 million shares, accounting for 6.57%
