According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TOPSTAR (300607.SZ) announced that Mr. Huang Daibo, a director and senior executive of the company, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.5 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from November 24, 2025, to February 23, 2026), accounting for 0.9524% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account
