According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SUNHERE (300452.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shanghai FOSUN PHARMA Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FOSUN PHARMA") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 6.9787 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within 90 days after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (from November 24, 2025, to February 21, 2026)
