# POLYFAIR HLDGS released its annual performance report, with a net loss of HKD 133 million, turning from profit to loss year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, POLYFAIR HLDGS (08532) released its full-year results for the year ending March 31, 2025, reporting revenue of HKD 238 million, a year-on-year decrease of 44.4%; the company incurred a loss of HKD 133 million for the year, compared to a profit of HKD 1.237 million in the same period last year; basic loss per share was HKD 0.1616.

The announcement stated that the decline in revenue was mainly due to the completion of a large number of projects last year. During the period of 2025, the company focused on handling four ongoing projects and managing several recently completed projects' post-construction work, a decrease from seven projects in 2024. However, the revenue recognized from these post-construction works was relatively small compared to the overall project value, ultimately leading to a significant reduction in recognized revenue
