48 real estate companies achieved month-on-month growth in October performance

According to the latest data from the China Index Academy, from January to October 2025, the total sales of the top 100 real estate companies amounted to 2,896.71 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.3%, with the decline expanding by 4.1 percentage points compared to January to September. CRIC stated that in October 2025, the top 100 real estate companies achieved a sales turnover of 253 billion yuan, a month-on-month increase of 0.1%. Among them, 48 companies saw a month-on-month increase in performance, and 20 companies had a month-on-month growth rate greater than 30%, including Vanke, Huafa Properties, YUEXIU PROPERTY, CRCC, Greenland Holdings, China State Construction, and CHINA RAILWAY
