# Bbmg Jidong: Predicts that the supply-demand relationship and prices of cement will improve next year

On October 31st, Bbmg Jidong stated during an institutional research that, overall, cement demand is expected to continue to decline in 2026. However, as the starting year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, infrastructure investment may moderately advance the arrangement of some major projects. Traditional and new infrastructure, new urbanization, and urban renewal will provide support for cement demand. The company anticipates that next year, with the optimization of supply-side reduction and the strengthening of staggered production, the supply-demand relationship and prices will improve. In the long term, with the in-depth implementation of the national "anti-involution" policy in the cement industry, cement prices are expected to be reasonably restored
