GMDI announced that it intends to acquire 100% equity of Guangzhou Metro Engineering Consulting held by Guangzhou Metro Group through the issuance of shares and to issue shares to no more than 35 specific investors to raise supporting funds. The company completed the financial data update and submitted the resumption review application on October 30, 2025, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange agreed to resume the review on October 31.
