# Yonz: Legend Capital and Legend Capital JiaMao plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 3% of the company's shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Yonz (603381.SH) announced that Junlian Xiangdao and Junlian Jiamao plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 7.1177 million shares, which is no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement due to their own funding needs, through centralized bidding or block trading
