# Grandwall Technology plans to change control rights and will be suspended from trading starting November 3rd

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Grandwall Technology (603897.SH) announced that on November 2, 2025, it received a notification from its actual controllers, Mr. Gu Linxiang and Ms. Shen Baozhu, that they are planning to transfer the company's shares through an agreement, which may lead to a change in the company's control.

Upon applying to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from November 3, 2025 (Monday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days
