# Amlogic: As of the end of October, a total of 79.829 million yuan worth of shares have been repurchased

Amlogic announced that the company plans to repurchase shares through a share repurchase program using self-owned funds of RMB 50 million to RMB 100 million for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive, with the repurchase period ending on April 9, 2026. As of October 31, 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 1,072,289 shares, accounting for 0.2546% of the total share capital, with a total payment amount of approximately RMB 79.829 million, and the repurchase price range is RMB 65.82/share to RMB 96.00/share
