ZJJF announced that the company approved a share repurchase plan on April 18, 2025, expecting to repurchase between 20 million to 40 million yuan for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive. On July 15, 2025, due to the implementation of the 2024 annual equity distribution, the upper limit of the repurchase price was adjusted to no more than 12.42 yuan per share.
