HAIER BIOMEDICAL announced that the company will repurchase shares through a centralized bidding trading method on January 13, 2025, with a repurchase fund of 100 million to 200 million yuan, intended for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives, with a deadline until January 13, 2026. As of October 31, 2025, a total of 2,590,300 shares have been repurchased, accounting for 0.8147% of the total share capital, with a repurchase amount of 84.1156 million yuan and a repurchase price of 29.86 to 34.69 yuan per share
