Shennong Group announced that the company will conduct a share repurchase from November 16, 2024, to November 15, 2025, with a total funding amount of 100 million to 200 million yuan, for employee stock ownership or equity incentives. As of October 31, 2025, a total of 6.5806 million shares have been repurchased, accounting for 1.25% of the total share capital, with a total payment amount of 179.9841 million yuan and a repurchase price of 24.68-29.20 yuan per share. No repurchase was implemented in October 2025
