# JHEC: Has repurchased 34.5595 million shares, using a total of 298 million yuan

On November 3rd, JHEC announced that the company will hold the 11th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors on April 9, 2025, and the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2025 on April 30, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the repurchase of shares through centralized bidding. The company agreed to repurchase shares using no less than 400 million yuan and no more than 600 million yuan of its own funds and self-raised funds through centralized bidding, with a repurchase price not exceeding 12.01 yuan per share. As of October 31, 2025, the company had cumulatively repurchased 34.5595 million shares, accounting for 2.55% of the company's total share capital, with a repurchase price range of 8.02 yuan per share to 9.14 yuan per share, and a total of 298 million yuan used
