# TIANMA A: Plans to repurchase shares worth 150-200 million yuan, having spent 106 million yuan as of October

TIANMA announced that the company previously approved the repurchase of shares through centralized bidding to reduce registered capital, with a planned repurchase fund of 150-200 million yuan, and a repurchase price not exceeding 12.43 yuan per share. The implementation period is within 12 months from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting. As of October 31, 2025, a total of 11,082,462 shares have been repurchased, accounting for approximately 0.4509% of the total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 10.07 yuan per share and a lowest transaction price of 9.13 yuan per share, totaling 106 million yuan paid. The company will continue to implement the repurchase and disclose it in a timely manner
