It plans to use its own funds of 60 million to 120 million yuan to repurchase shares through centralized bidding, for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive. The repurchase period is 12 months after the shareholders' meeting approval, with a repurchase price not exceeding 4.5 yuan per share. As of the announcement, the company has cumulatively repurchased 1.8114 million shares, accounting for 0.2415% of the total share capital, with a payment amount of 5.9396 million yuan, and a repurchase price ranging from 3.27 yuan to 3.30 yuan per share
