# GRESGYING: Cumulatively spent CNY 71.1932 million to repurchase 1.24% of shares

GRESGYING announced that on December 3, 2024, the board of directors approved the repurchase of shares using self-owned and raised funds ranging from 60 million to 120 million yuan through centralized bidding for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive, with a repurchase period not exceeding 12 months and a repurchase price not exceeding 12 yuan per share. As of the end of October 2025, a total of 8.7194 million shares had been repurchased, accounting for 1.24% of the total share capital, with a repurchase price of 6.75 - 8.96 yuan per share, and a total amount paid of 71.1932 million yuan. No shares were repurchased in October 2025
