# STO completes the acquisition of 100% equity of Daniao Logistics

According to the announcement from the Zhitong Finance APP, STO (002468.SZ) reported the progress of acquiring 100% equity of Zhejiang Dan Niao Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. The transaction has been successfully completed, and Dan Niao Logistics has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures, obtaining a new "Business License" issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Yuhang District, Hangzhou. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shentong Limited, holds 100% equity of Dan Niao Logistics, and Dan Niao Logistics and its controlled subsidiaries will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
