# CRCCE recommends the election of the fourth non-employee directors for the board of directors

According to the announcement from China Railway Construction Equipment Co., Ltd. (01786), the board of directors has proposed the election of Mr. Tong Pujiang, Mr. Xiang Daqiang, Mr. Chen Yongxiang, Mr. Lü Jing, Mr. Xie Huagang, Mr. Wu Yuntian, Mr. Na Pengjie, and Ms. Zhu Qing as non-employee directors of the company's fourth board of directors. Among them, Mr. Tong Pujiang, Mr. Xiang Daqiang, and Mr. Chen Yongxiang will be nominated as executive directors, Mr. Lü Jing and Mr. Xie Huagang will be nominated as non-executive directors, and Mr. Wu Yuntian, Mr. Na Pengjie, and Ms. Zhu Qing will be nominated as independent non-executive directors. According to the Articles of Association, the above-mentioned proposed elections must be approved by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting to take effect, and the term of office for these director candidates will be from the date of their election at the extraordinary general meeting until the end of three years
