# XCC: Some shares of the concerted action party of one of the controlling shareholders have been released from pledge

XCC announced that on October 31, 2025, one of the company's controlling shareholders, Wuzhou Holdings, will release 3.15 million unrestricted tradable shares that were originally pledged to Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Shaoxing Shengzhou Branch, accounting for 13.48% of its holdings and 0.86% of the company's total share capital. As of the announcement date, Wuzhou Holdings holds 23.3602 million shares of the company, accounting for 6.38% of the total share capital, with a cumulative pledge of 19.09 million shares, accounting for 81.72% of its holdings and 5.21% of the total share capital. The controlling shareholder and its concerted parties hold a total of 138 million shares, accounting for 37.81% of the total share capital, with a cumulative pledge of 24.58 million shares, accounting for 17.75% of their holdings and 6.71% of the total share capital. This release of pledge will have no substantial impact on the company and will not lead to a change in actual control
