Cvicse Middleware announced that the previously disclosed share reduction plans by shareholders GaoXintou, Beijing Huaruan, and Wu Jinyang have been completed. GaoXintou reduced its holdings by a total of 1,360,513 shares from August 6 to September 18, 2025, accounting for 1.60% of the total share capital, with a total reduction amount of 41.6851 million yuan, bringing its current shareholding ratio down to 14.45%; Beijing Huaruan and Wu Jinyang, as acting in concert, collectively reduced their holdings by 1,147,600 shares from September 5 to October 23, 2025, accounting for 1.35% of the total share capital, with a total reduction amount of 26.8774 million yuan, bringing their current combined shareholding ratio down to 5%
