According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Canlon (300715.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary Suzhou Jiazhi Color Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiazhi Color") recently signed an "Equipment Purchase Contract" with Chengdu BOE Display Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chengdu BOE"), a subsidiary of BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. The total amount of the contract, including tax, is 198 million yuan
