The first is to transfer 47% of its equity in Guangdong Weima for 47.47 million yuan to Anhui Pengze, after which the shareholding will be reduced to 19.85%; the second is to adjust the remaining guarantee period to February 28, 2026, as Guangdong Weima will no longer be included in the consolidated financial statements after the equity transfer, with the current guarantee balance at 74.7764 million yuan.
