# TIANSHAN ALUMINUM: Jinlong Energy passively reduced its holdings by 2.14%

TIANSHAN ALUMINUM announced that its controlling shareholder, Shihezi Jinlong Energy Industry Chain Co., Ltd., has seen a passive reduction in company shares totaling 99.4677 million shares, accounting for 2.14%, due to the holders of the "24 Jinlong EB01" and "24 Jinlong EB02" exchangeable corporate bonds converting their shares from July 21 to October 30, 2025. Among these, from July 21 to September 5, 593,700 shares were reduced, accounting for 0.01%; from September 11 to October 20, 47.1721 million shares were reduced, accounting for 1.01%; and from October 21 to October 30, 51.702 million shares were reduced, accounting for 1.11%. After this change, Jinlong Energy and its concerted parties' shareholding ratio decreased from 42.01% to 39.87%
