# FOUNDERTECH's application for the issuance of A-shares to specific targets has been approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FOUNDERTECH (600601.SH) announced that on November 3, 2025, it received the "Exchange Review Opinion on FOUNDERTECH Group Co., Ltd.'s Issuance of Stocks to Specific Objects" issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The specific opinion is as follows: "The application for FOUNDERTECH Group Co., Ltd. to issue stocks to specific objects meets the issuance conditions, listing conditions, and information disclosure requirements. The Exchange will submit your company's application documents to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration upon receipt."
