# BOE: As of the end of October, a total of 175 million shares have been repurchased, with a payment of 704 million yuan

BOE announced that due to the implementation of the 2024 annual equity distribution, the upper limit of the repurchase price for the company's shares has been adjusted from RMB 6.11 per share to no more than RMB 6.06 per share. As of October 31, 2025, the company has cumulatively repurchased 174,762,200 A-shares through centralized bidding, accounting for approximately 0.4759% of the company's A-shares and approximately 0.4671% of the total share capital, with a highest transaction price of RMB 4.25 per share and a lowest transaction price of RMB 3.94 per share, totaling an amount of RMB 704 million. The company will continue to implement the repurchase plan within the repurchase period and disclose it in a timely manner
