# ZHEFU Holdings: Sun Yi acquired 20.2878 million shares

ZHEFU Holdings announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Sun Yi, plans to transfer 20.2878 million unrestricted circulating shares held through the "ZHEFU Special Fund" via block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, specifically from November 25, 2025, to February 24, 2026. This represents 0.39% of the company's total share capital. After the completion of this internal transfer, Sun Yi's direct shareholding will increase to 444 million shares, accounting for 8.51%, while the combined shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and concerted parties will remain at 33.65%
