GONEO announced that from October 31 to November 3, 2025, one of the company's actual controllers, Ruan Xueping, reduced his holdings by 21,937,700 shares through block trading, accounting for 1.21% of the total share capital. After this equity change, the shareholding ratio of Ruan Xueping and his concerted actors decreased from 84.76% to 83.55%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%. This reduction is in line with a previous plan, does not trigger a mandatory bid, will not lead to a change in control, and will not affect the company's operations. The company will urge him to reduce his holdings in accordance with regulations and disclose information in a timely manner
