According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Greenworks (301260.SZ) announced that the actual controller, chairman, and general manager Chen Yin, director Lee Lawrence, and financial director and board secretary Xu Youtao plan to increase their holdings in the company through centralized bidding transactions, with a total planned increase amount of no less than 11.5 million yuan (inclusive)
